I don't appreciate being greeted with 'shut the fuck up and give me your fucking money,' as you did today. I've been a customer of Royal Ground, 2216 Polk, for over 5 years.

Your use of abusive, obscene language and refusal to sell coffee to me when I confront you about it is no way to treat a regular customer or any paying customer.
